How we work
Your enquiry reaches a real person — the surveyor who will design your room. We visit your garden, listen to how you'll use the space, and check the planning position for your address before quoting.
You receive drawings, finishes and a fixed written price after your survey, so you know the cost before any work begins.
Behind the scenes, we work with a small circle of trusted Yorkshire trades for groundworks, electrics and finishing — partners who have built for us for years, held to the same standard we'd want on our own homes.
