What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number and/or email, postcode, town, the type of room you're interested in and any message you send.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and arrange a survey and quote. To carry out the survey and build, we share your enquiry with the installation partner who serves your area. We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your project, then delete them unless you become a customer.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by contacting us through the contact page. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
